Delete your account

You can delete your account in the app or request deletion by email if you cannot access the app.

In the app

Open Settings.
Select Delete account.
Select Yes to confirm.

Account deletion is permanent. If you cannot complete these steps, contact us using the email option below.

Without the app

Email services@attainify.app with the subject Delete account. Include the email address you used to sign in and the app name Eraplay: Learn History.

Request account deletion

No app access or sign-in is required to send a request. We may need to verify account ownership. Do not send your password or payment card details. Support can confirm the processing time and completion of your request.

Your account and personal data

You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data, including:

Your email address and account identifiers.
Your learning progress and quiz answers.

Our Privacy Policy explains deletion and anonymization of personal data, including exceptions for legal obligations, disputes and enforcement of agreements.

Some records, such as payment records, may need to be retained for these purposes. For details about retained records, retention periods, or data processed by analytics providers such as Amplitude and AppsFlyer, include these questions in your deletion request.
